We provide monthly financial statements, maintenance reports, and occupancy updates through our owner portal. You’ll always know what’s going on with your investment — no surprises, just clarity.
We believe in proactive maintenance to protect your property and reduce long-term costs. We work with vetted vendors, negotiate fair pricing, and seek owner approval for major repairs. Tenants can also submit maintenance requests 24/7 through our online system.
Rent is collected online for tenant convenience. Once cleared, owner disbursements are made via direct deposit with accompanying financial reports — typically by the 10th of each month.

For Tenants
You can apply directly through our website. Each listing includes a secure application link. We typically process applications within 1–2 business days.
We look for a good credit history, stable income (typically 3x the monthly rent), and a clean rental background. A full list of criteria is available during the application process.
Rent is paid securely online through your tenant portal. We also offer autopay options for added convenience.
You can submit maintenance requests 24/7 through your tenant portal. For emergencies, we have a dedicated team available to respond quickly.
Pet policies vary by property. Please refer to the listing or contact our office for specific details. If pets are allowed, a pet deposit or monthly pet rent may apply.

You’ll receive a renewal notice well in advance. If you choose not to renew, we’ll guide you through the move-out process, including final inspections and security deposit procedures.
